Sisterly Lust is one of the few games I know about where after you impregnate the main girls, the story will continue for a while longer. There's a timeskip to show the pregnancy, and you don't see the births, but it's the first example that comes to mind. And I saw it earlier, but S.H.E.L.T.E.R. also does this, and they actually show the aftermath of the birth and let you keep fucking the girls.

the problem with Motherless is the story is TERABLE. i also dislike the art but thats more subjective than the painful engrish and poor writing

Ive only found 1 or 2 and their all snadbox games... those are fun but the pregnancy aspect isnt a focus nor is it really part of the main game. It is more of a by product
