The moment I saw the thumbnails for this game, I immediately scrolled back to the top to see who made it. Sure enough, I was right, and this is Lament who makes Ravenous. It's funny how the art style can be so distinctive.

It is the first release of the game, so there is nudity but no sex. It is still an excellent introduction to the story.

A solid story with great looking girls and your solid open ended writing makes this one to follow for sure. No " MAJOR issues" if you just read the story. Love that outrageous Fire Lane sign.

Ok, I like the premise, but some MAJOR issues jumped out at me. First, why is MC's mom being turned the third issue he is concerned about. Like an afterthought? OK, he almost died and found out for sure they are vamps, so that is first, but HIS MOM WAS TURNED. He acts like its a minor inconvenience. (Note: This is one of MY top reactions and she's not my mom). There is no true explanation for why before he just moves on to the next issue. "Ok, mom's a vamp. Interesting, well, I hope she's happy, I guess. No more wine at least!"

A lesser, but also problematic issue, is that he didn't tell Kelly that her psycho ex tried to kill him. Anyone with a brain would understand that if he was willing to kill the MC just for being seen with her, that he might do something terrible to her and her family??? This is set this up for conflict later, but it makes the MC look like an idiot and he's already leaning that way with the way he fell for Kina to begin with and left his sisters with their vamp mom when he suspected her, but didn't know "the rules"

I like the premise, but this needs some logic thrown into it a bit more. We can understand the why you might not want to push the Mom turn or the Ex BF narrative right away, but give us a better reason why from the MC's POV. Like with Ravenous, I like the LIs designs and the personalities we've seen from them. There is enough good here and I will certainly continue playing to see were it goes.

I agree, this could've been made another way. Instead of the whole alleyway situation, the MC and Kina went around the block, but the BF from Kina noticed on his GPS phone tracker, that they went another way and then they kidnap MC from another street and put him in the wan, this doesn't need to be a public street either and no other people need to notice it. They could drive him to a side alley and the same thing happens. This way Kina doesn't look so bad and MC doesn't need to know she was involved in this situation and also MC doesn't need to find out, that the EX is behind all that, he could wear a mask or they put a mask over MC when they kidnap him. They could throw a hint here and there, when he remembers back what was going on, like the attacker mentions Kelly or Kina when he talks to Kina's BF in between beating the MC. The wampires also don't know the connection between Kina and her BF and Kelly's EX. They know who did it, but they don't see the connection. This way MC isn't an idiot. And I also agree, that MC's mother becoming a vamp is to early. Either make her become a vamp later on in the story or don't bring his sisters in the story so fast. It's just to many things at once and MC can't process everything. If you want him to remain calm, do one thing after the other, not everything in a span of 3 days.

I also don't like that the MC gets all buffed in one day. Make him change over time, like his metabolism changes and he gets fit over 4 months or so, not from one day. In my opinion, it would be better, if he stayed fat but he still got all the woman, because his personality is what the girls are attracted to, not that he becomes fit and now all the girls want to fuck him. Or make it that the girls love his personality and they don't want to fuck him, but they really do like him and then when he gets fit from hi change over time, they have to compete with other girls for his attention and then they realize that they want to fuck him. Vamps could want to fuck him from the strat tho, because they don't care about his appearance, but because they see that he is a good soul or he doesn't smell or whatever the reason.

I don't disagree with the whole arc tho. It looks interesting. I also like the Li's and the whole concept looks good.

My post isn't to bring the dev down, I'm happy I will still play this game in the future when new updates come out. Good start.

Just finished the first instalment and lamenting the fact this game was only recently released. Fingers crossed updates will pop along shortly.

Eternal unlife offered to a MC who seems to be struggling with low self-esteem and depression. That would be a struggle for anyone to take, although can't say it was offered in a completely truthful way either. "Hey do this everything will be cool and you'll be great after!" uh huh miracle fixing solution, just sign on the dotted line.
