Important Notice About Broken Images, GIFs, and Videos​

LewdCorner has now been moved over to the new server, and what you are seeing live right now is the site running from that rebuilt environment.

The forum itself, core data, accounts, posts, and overall site structure were restored successfully. However, a large portion of the old images, GIFs, and video attachments were not recoverable after the damage caused by the previous server failure.

To be completely clear so there is no confusion:

• This is not a simple cache issue
• This is not something that can be fixed with a forum rebuild
• This is not something that can be solved by re-syncing a few files
• If the original attachment files were lost or destroyed during the server failure, then they are gone

I want to repeat this as plainly as possible:

There is nothing more I can do to restore those missing images, GIFs, or videos.​

The site was salvaged as far as technically possible. What could be restored was restored. What the old server nuked and left unrecoverable cannot be magically brought back.

Because of that, many attachments across LewdCorner will remain broken until they are manually replaced by users, moderators, and staff over time.

If you want to help us restore lost media and rebuild affected content, please open a ticket and ask for the Archive rank.

If you also want to help start archiving ATF, open a ticket for the Archive rank as well.

This is now a community restoration effort. At this point, the only real path forward is replacing what was lost piece by piece.

Could have been worse. If anything this will be tedious for people manually replacing images. Especially on bigger threads. But i have been legitimately thinking about donating. Especially if it helps preventing such a loss (or at least make it not as severe) in the future

will help server cost, currently sysadmin is using his server for backups, and we also setup raid which takes half of our storage for backups

ill have to manually give users who lost a lot of credits but im not going to restore anyone on the low end ie 10-100 credits im not doing but i will be giving a voucher to everyone to use to redeem x amount of credits.

Cool i had around 3000 so at least i was not right at legendary before it happened? I think that was the highest rank?

Oh, cool, well once im allowed to post in my thread again ill start on the grind. Or use donation coins if i don't feel like waiting for however long. Can't wait to see what you come up with.

Server is currently under heavy load as it's recalculating the search indexes for everyone.

First off, thanks to all the admins for their hard work puting this site back together.

Now for the coin/bank questions because I'm a greedy little miser.... I had 2240AC in the bank and roughly another 1000 in the vault. Are these recoverable or am I SOL? I also noticed the bank interest rate is set to zero. Will interest in the bank come back or are there no plans to do so? I was a fan of the 2% with the amount you could store in the bank based on your post count.

I think I had 170 in the bank before the Crash, it's not much I know but it would be nice to have it back
Though bank seems to not work still, but hey at least we're back really fast, I thought it was gonna take days for some reason :V
