I've definitely thought about this as a kid but as a grown man, I don't think I could ever fuck someone in my immediate family. MAYBE a cousin I barely knew if they were super hot, but otherwise it's a no go. Fantasy is fantasy, in real life the shit is too weird.

Families are vast, at what point do you stop thinking of a relative as being related? Where do you draw the line of what is incest and what isn't?
Having said that, I don't care about blood relation when it comes to feelings. Yes, offspring could be an issue, but since relations aren't defined by offspring that's another discussion. No offspring = no issue.
Having said that, outside games (hot!) I'm not that comfortable with parent/child relations, at least not until the child is old enough to stand on their own 2 feet in society, then it's their choice, (hopefully) devoid of lingering dependence.
But that sums up the difference between real life and games: consequences. A game has none that matter, real life has none that don't matter.
