It's better to be somewhere in between, neither too slow nor too fast. The story also has a big effect, sometimes "teasing" is more effective than sex.

Slow is almost always better, I don't like it when some games fire like scene after scene with almost no time in between. I rather have dialogue or something else in between them (and I don't mean 3 screens). But sometimes I just want a good scene, but usually there are games for that (same for when I feel like reading)

This is an example of the Black or White Fallacy many of the blueballing devs and their fanbois employ. It doesn't have to be right away OR blueballing. It can be after like 3 or 4 releases, or sooner if they are long ones. Given the choice between only the 2, right away. Blueballing sucks.

i totally agree with you.

i mean if i would play an avn id expect some fap material right away, but it doesnt have to rush the game. it could just exist as mc sex fantasy or something that has no impact on the pace, so devs dont have to rush and players gets fap material, everyone happy.

There is a sweetspot between rushing and taking things slowly, and its brutaly hard to get it right
