There's a mod that I use when I want to see the gallery but don't have the patience to play a sandbox game from the CuckZone, "Universal Gallery Unlocker by ZLZK", 95% of the times it works for me

You can use the Universal Unlocker in the most cases.
Many gallerys use the "seen labels" as a way to unlock the gallery.
If this doesn't work, Unren or unrpyc do the trick in the most cases, but you need to put in some more effort.
After unpacking and decompiling the rpyc's you can just look into the code to see how it works.
The gallery setup often contains a unlock contraint which you can just set to "True" in all cases or modify the usual Replay-Command by adding ", locked=False" in the parameters.
