Overview:
Ikisaw is an R18 Unreal Engine 5 adventure game set in a quiet, oppressive trial facility where escape depends on choices, endurance, and QTE challenges. The protagonist, Eve, wakes in a sealed world designed to test her will. Every step forward forces her to face another trial, and every failure pushes her closer to losing control.
The game follows Eve, a proud and defiant girl who refuses to give in, and Mary, a quiet girl who seems to have already stopped choosing for herself. Through exploration, dialogue, branching choices, and character progression, the story asks how far Eve can resist, and whether Mary can regain the ability to choose her own path.
Gameplay mixes story progression with real-time QTEs, WASD inputs, stat growth, route branching, and collectible/locker content. Difficulty modes range from a story-only mode with no QTEs, to standard trials, to a harsher challenge mode with stricter inputs.
The tone is dark, intimate, and psychological: a survival story about resistance, shame, control, and the desire to keep moving forward even in a world built to break you.
