Lowkey Pokemon is a great answer. Tranquil, everyone lives a fairly strife-less life, the background music of your life is consistently great, nobody looks at you weird if you go set up a farm in the mountains just to breed eevolutions...

Trying to avoid easy answers like Star Trek (a literal Utopia on Earth), I'd probably go with a gag series like Nichijou/ CITY.

Everyone knows you can beat Goku just by being a gag character (ie, Arale) and series where everyone is a gag character just seems like you'd never have a dull moment (unless you're off screen?)

It's a really good question. I'm still thinking about it.

For me, I'd want a world where I could just live as a normal person until I eventually get powers, and I wouldn't have to work some corporate job. That would be pretty nice.

Also, I think almost any H game world is actually a bad idea. If you think about it for a second, most of those worlds are pretty horrible if you're not the main character.

ooh, fun question! there are worlds coming to mind that look fun, but with no special powers would be dangerous. so a fun world that a normal person could thrive in: can I say the Lord of the Rings, after the fall of Sauron?

Wouldn't like the government but the Columbia city in Bioshock would be an interesting setting to be.

Yu-gi-oh!, since the card game is super important and you don't need to be a special person to use them. You just need to be a good duelist in-universe which most YGO players are, and you can even make a living with it.
