Overview:
Your NEET days are over when your parents threaten to kick you out of the house! Fearing becoming homeless, you lied on a job application and landed a gig as the manager of an idol group. You are flying high with your new position, but on your way to the agency HQ your plane crashed in the water! You woke up in an uninhabited island and now have to fight for your survival and those of the six teen girls who were with you on the trip!

Story Changes
  • Continued Eve's training, up to Session 4.
Gameplay Changes
  • Added a new workstation. Girls can now be assigned to work in the fishing station. Fish caught can be cooked and converted into food, making survival much easier.
  • Added rudimentary equipment system. Left Hand and Right Hand slots now appear in the stats screen. If an item can be equipped, the option will appear when clicking it in the inventory.
  • Added two new equipment items, the axe and the shield. The Axe is more powerful than the spear, but requires two hands to be wielded.
  • Added a new skill, Shield Bash. When equipped with a shield, player can consume stamina to stun an enemy for a turn.
  • Added new enemy, Alligator. It can show up when the player is gathering water by the creek.
  • Added two new forest tiles which contain two new mushroom types. Once identified, the player can use these to avoid encounters or return to camp.
  • Made several changes to the quest screen and quest system. When hovering over a quest, a tip will show that will tell the player what the next step in the quest is.

Hey guys, I come to you with a game very different from my first. The current version should take around 20 minutes to play through. Unlike Time Implosion, Idol Island has a far lighter and absurd tone. I should also say that it will focus less on story and more on gameplay mechanics, specially survival and trainer mechanics. However, that's talk for later versions as for now the game only introduces the characters and the overall plot. Finally, the game is fully voiced using state-of-the-art AI tech! It's absolutely incredible, go check it out! Have fun!

I really like the concept, and Avery is the cutest thing ever. But the food/water system needs work. I mean, I still haven't even found water at all. Some sort of map maybe?

Yeah, the forest is just random. Whether you find coconuts, bananas, mushrooms, the stream (where you can refill empty water bottles), animal battles, or stepping on a snake and taking unavoidable damage, it's all just random dice rolls which you get. Except for leaving, which is always just going back (clicking bottom of the screen) a few times.

Don't know if it's been changed in 0.4, but in 0.3 it was actually impossible to stockpile food. This is because whenever you find a coconut/banana tree in the forest, there's not multiple of them, there's just one of each. And when you take bananas, it takes 4 days to regrow (every time you find a banana tree after that there will be no bananas on them, until the 4 day counter finishes). Coconuts take 3 days to regrow. Even if you absolutely minmax (by making sure you have space for all the food whenever it's ready), you'll run out of food on day 48. And you can extend that by just a few days if you exploit the knowledge that you can store the chips and water you have on you at the start in the storage container that you shouldn't yet know exists (freeing up some extra inventory slots for gathered food on day 1).

My advice is to cheat and edit the food/water variables in the console.

Guess it might move into the mc sharing the girls with the trap, animals (bestiality) and other gay stuff (sissification) later on.
"No NTR" but there are tags mentioned which could fall into that category, given the 'wrong' circumstances, in people's opinion.
As mentioned the concept isn't bad, although not new.
Personally lost interest in this game because of that.

The trap is on the island so him being there is unavoidable. As far as any sex stuff being avoidable, don’t know yet. I don’t know if there is any actual sex scenes with any of the love interests since I’m waiting for the game to either be done of do something to fix the sandbox.
 
Meh. Don't think I'll bother. This concept would be great with lolis. But instead we get at least a little bit of weeb shit ("idols" and the NEET thing, though there doesn't appear from the previews to be any other gratuitous use of Japanese language or tropes, and NEET technically originated in the U.K.) and a trap. More power for those who like that stuff, but not for me. :whistle:
 
Basically, with Avery (the trap) you have the choice of two routes for their training, the choices are laid out as "train them to be more masculine (friendship route)" and "train them to be more feminine (lewd route)".

My takeaway from that is going the friendship route will not lead to sharing or anything regarding Avery interacting sexually with the other girls, but simply will be just that, Avery will be your friend. Possibly it will be set up like Avery being your "wingman" or something and helping you get the other girls. I don't know, since I went with the lewd route myself, and it's still very early in that route, with basically nothing really progressing so far.

As for the bestiality, that's more up in the air since there's nothing at all to go on for that so far. I don't know if the dev has said anything regarding it anywhere about how it will be implemented, so we'll just have to wait and see. It's possible it could be unrelated to the idols, and perhaps be connected to the not-quite-a-native girl that captured Laura on the first day, if that girl is not intended on ever actually being a love interest, or could end up being some sort of furry/beast-girl you come across in the forest at some point.

Regardless, I'm certainly going to be keeping an eye on this game for the time being, I'm interested to see where it goes in the future, even if the survival mechanics are still pretty barebones so far.

Eventually I did, made everything much easier and more enjoyable. So, IMHO, if you have to cheat to play, the balance isn't right, but as long as that remains an option I really enjoy this game. Something the dev should take into consideration.

I'm expecting/hoping that as the game goes on, there will eventually be ways to passively generate food and water (whether that's having the girls gather/find food/fish along the beach, or even having Laura eventually be able to go into the forest to gather water) or once the MC stats get higher, the ability to hold far more items at a time will make doing one big trip and getting a bunch of water and food (presumably from more sources than just the couple of trees and occasional treasure chest so far) all at once and then being able to coast on that for quite a few days far more feasible.

But yeah, as of now, the balance is a little off, although since the chests were added, at least that helps since you can get food beyond the respawn timer of the trees, and presumably the chests that have food are infinite and just will randomly keep spawning if you keep wandering around the forest, so you can always get more food, with the risk of running into snakes/wolves and carrying capacity being your only limiting factors. Still having to do that so often is a bit of a pain just to see all scenes so far in the game, but like I said, hopefully the grind will be smoothed out as the game progresses further.

Sadly this is a necessity, otherwise I love the visuals.

Models in this game are great, and the story isn't bad either. A bit on the fence about the scavenging mechanic, it seems a bit too up to RNG at the moment and simultaneously too bare-bones to be interesting, but I think the dev got feedback on that and hopefully it will get some overhauls in a future update. Hopefully another update comes along soon!

Yeah, I agree about the scavenging. But the rest of the game, and all the girls seem very interesting, so I'm hoping to see a big updater soon as well.
 
Cute girls. But until 'creampie' and 'vaginal sex' get added, I'm not going to begin a game that may not get developed that far, or have saves that can't be played with the updates.
