I don't use it because I don't like it, and others may feel the same way.
This is the site we use and the site we're talking about, so why take a detour that I can't take?

I'm sorry, did I understand correctly that posting a screenshot with any information about the development process of a particular game (many developers are only present on other sites) can be considered as a promotion for another site, and based on, say, user interface elements that can immediately reveal where this screenshot came from? Copy-paste the text without specifying the author of the text, kind of like Zarathustra condemned.

There used to be two threads here where information was exchanged that was otherwise only accessible to Discord users, but these have also disappeared.
One was in the public area and was therefore accessible to everyone, the other was hidden behind the highest rank in order to deliberately exclude other users.
I therefore do not believe that this is due to an oversight or a technical error.

I would like to see both threads restored, along with all the others that have been made invisible or deleted over time.

Yeah still does it, Why though? They do a lot of stuff right (still some shitty mods but the site overall is still very good) Sounds like an admin here got banned or something and they think it looks cool

Yes, but other's forums are like that too, so I prefer not even write nothing if it's not needed and if I write I don't do mentions to others sites.

It's funny and I like it, but it gives the wrong vibe. For people who probably would like to join the site it could be off-putting, out of fear that you have to join a hate club or choose between the one or the another. I like both sides for the one or the other thing, but for someone who just lurks and don't read to deep into it, it isn't obvious probably that the change to F95 isn't done automatically, but by the user. In this regards I would say that it would be better to stay out of this microagressions (even if F95 started it, I really don't know what happened when) and be the bigger person/website in his situation.

I'm looking at you, Meshtastic. Everyone knows that Meshcore fucked up by stealing code, not paying services, personally insults. But banning people for just mentioning "MC" is fucking stupid.
