For me it completely depends on the story.

In the typical male MC incest harem game, I like it if the harem girls do stuff with each other. I much prefer that to them just being exclusive to the MC because I think it doesn't work like that. In those games, other males, including trans with dicks, should stay away from my girls.
I like lesbian stuff in general, even regardless of the content.

In other games, it completely depends and I am not ruling out any kind of content.
