I am a solo developer of adult visual novels. At the moment of creating the Patreon page, I am working on the game "How to lose virginity" - the story is about a guy who was similar to some of us (and myself as well at the time), such a collective and exaggerated image of a loser and avid gamer who does not communicate much with people, is not popular in college, and is generally not a very attractive character. Fortunately for him, he lives in the same house with three beautiful girls who, at some point, become his motivation to step out of his comfort zone and start transforming into something better.
- I want to show an example of a person's growth over himself, who starts almost from the bottom and becomes something he could not have imagined a few months ago. Yes, such cases happen. Perhaps, I hope, it will become a good example and motivation for someone. Or maybe not, but you will simply enjoy a funny story, beautiful renders, and exciting animations.
- The game will have about 5000 renders; I make them in 4K resolution and then downscale them to FullHD to get the best quality renders. Also, there will be about 100 animations in the game. Yes, this is generally less than in large successful projects that I am targeting, but at the same time, the quality of animations and their complexity are often higher. I hope you will like it
- I started my project with almost zero knowledge of how to make visual novels, how to work with graphics, and how to make renders. Therefore, as you progress through the game, you can observe my evolution as a developer. I think that my progress is very good and now the quality of renders is no worse than in many top games in a similar genre. I deliberately decided not to remake the beginning of the game; I think it is not so bad and allows you to follow not only the progress of the main character but also my progress as a developer. I plan to finish the first game in early spring 2024, and the demo version will appear in February 2024.
- I already have a great idea for the second game. And it excites my imagination even more than the first, and I can't wait for the release of the current project to start the second one. I really want to share with you my fantasy, which I hope will not leave you indifferent.
- It will be a game about a young man and a not-so-young lady's vacation at a seaside resort. At the beginning of the game, they cannot even imagine any intimate relationships between them, but they are drawn into a crazy swinger party, where they must experience pain and humiliation at times, but eventually, their relationship reaches a new level of closeness. In this novel, I hope to show the deepest emotional experiences of the characters, their motivation and behaviour, internal barriers, overcoming them, and revealing their unexpected sides. Also, I plan to master a new level of image quality and get as close as possible to photorealism.
