discussion How often do you reopen an H-game to "appreciate" the gallery?

i only use the galleries for when i feel like i missed a scene or variation of it, and when i found the game to be too tedious to do a replay just to see scenes that can only be scene through branches ive no interest in playing.

Heavily depends on the game. There are some games that I play that it's actually more worth it to just replay the game for the experience than just watching the clips.
Then there are other games that I play for a little bit and then decide to try the universal gallery unlocker on because I just want to get to the good parts.

Pretty much never, but then I don't ever re-read books either. I guess been there done that.

I rarely visit galleries in games, but on the other hand when a game has "repeatable" scenes I tend to go back to them quite a lot. Idk why the difference, but somehow I find it more enjoyable

Pretty rarely. If I was to revisit a game, it's because I've deleted it and started with a fresh save. For me the story is important to ramp up the tension and feeling in a scene. It's just too different when you look at the gallery vs being hyped up by the story.

Pretty rarely tbh. But some games i really do just enjoy and always will, and those ones are the ones i come back to on occasion for that

I never use the galleries, if a game is good enough to draw me back in, I'll just play it again.

Funny fact, never. All the completed games are on my computer like some kind of collectible toys that I never play anymore.

I routinely clean out my "games" folder so I usually get a mod, but I'd say certain games I redownload just for a particular scene / kink. Games have a way of being more directed than comics with similar kinks.

i rarely do it too , i am more likely to start a game over , if i liked a scene
