I wouldn't really mind the requirements if it wasn't for the active time requirement. Or keep it but if the account is older then a few months or a year then clearly it is not a troll account.

Yeah the requirements are very anti-lurker, but I get it. They need to wall it off somehow and I'll take this over some of the things they could have done.
