I usually sleep in darkness with some white noise or music. It helps me relax and fall asleep faster.

I need the noise generator (I have it as rain) because of all the noise outside. Mostly traffic but there are also a lot of bad dogs in the neighborhood (barkers)

I don't particularly sleep at night
I sleep when I'm completely lagging mentally
I'm awake way more than I'm asleep

I turn my pole lamp on at night to see better
And turn it off when I see sunlight

I tend to pass out in the evening

on my couch.

I alway end up waking up in the middle of the night no matter the time i get to sleep.
Go to sleep at 9? wake up at 1am toss and turn for an hour then sometimes fall back asleep.

I can no longer sleep without a fan. If Air isn't moving, then I feel uncomfortable. Visited my dad once in early spring a few years back. There was still snow on the ground and it couldn't have been warmer than 50 degrees in the house but his house is older and doesn't have ceiling fans. The air was stifling.

Pretty normally in pitch dark, though I try to get my phone off my bed. I dunno why, but having it out of reach helps me sleep better.

I'm an artist, I usually prefer to work at night with the lights on.
When I go to bed at the crack of dawn I'll open my bedroom windows (fresh air) and keep one curtain closed so the sunlight doesn't beam down on my face when I'm sleeping.
As for background noise, I'll put on some Youtube videos, my go to YouTubers are Vargskelethor, Dunkey and Oneyplays,

Man, I sleep like a corpse (arms crossed ad all that). So, as a heavy sleeper, not much bothers me. As long as I'm confortable temperature wise, only my blatter can wake me from slumber.

Pure darkness with a blindfold and ear sound blockers.

I use to be a heavy sleeper now any sound or person coming in my room wakes me up.
