If its a slower game and I'm still playing it, that usually means I'm invested in the story to a strong enough amount that I'm not just there to get off. So either wait until an Hscene or just go back to the gallery for a scene I like.

I usually wait until I've finished a game, so that I know which scenes are worth it for me.
If I'm playing a game that I'm not that interested in, but it has great renders and models, then just unlocking the gallery and choosing a scene.

I've found that taking breaks and stepping away from the game for a bit can help, as well as setting small goals for myself to progress through the story or unlock certain content, it makes the experience feel more meaningful and allows me to appreciate the details, rather than just rushing through it.

How I play, I play for the plot, so its alot of half mast between scenes and edging during the last few scenes of the play sessions. During the summer or class breaks, it can turn into 8hr sessions
