Always been tall, good looking I'm told ( not fake modesty, I cannot for the life of me see it when I look in the mirror, but that's the feedback, so I have to accept it as fact)
In the last few years I've packed on a lot of muscle and shed fat, you can see the outlines of abs on a good day. Body shape: American football linebacker.
So, in my mid fifties I still get frequent attention from women when out and about, down to 18-20 year olds at times. Happily married though, so left as feel-good events.
Honestly, I don't think much at all. 5 if I am lucky. I am too fat and well.... not the best these days. I used to be a healthy 9 or so, but there ya go. Shit happens when you become lazy ass lol
I was in better shape last year than I was in my late 20s, so that's not necessarily true. What does happen is that it takes more effort to stay in shape the older you get, and you have to pay more attention to nutrition, but if you establish good habits around fitness and diet early in life then it is much easier to stay in good condition as you get older. My Dad who is 70 is in better shape than most young people I see these days, and frankly the number of overweight people I see is shocking.
As for my rating, I'd say from a build perspective I'm easily an 8-8.5/10 since I'm tall with a fit build, but I'm a bit on the slim side to be higher than that. My face I'd say is a 6.5-7/10, I'm slightly above average but could probably work on a few things like fixing my deviated septum if I wanted to be considered more conventionally attractive. I only recently got divorced so I haven't really started dating yet, but I have always had reasonably good success with women and have never had trouble dating, and I've already had interest from a number of people knowing I was getting divorced.
