From my understanding yes, but only by a small amount. It might also by capped per day, i'm not sure. The system is deliberately obscured to avoid spamming/botting and promote genuine interactions.

Try to engage naturally with posts that you find interesting. If you engage in the community talks, it's easy to get Member+, takes less than a week (but you still have to wait 7 days because the account needs to have at least 7 days since it was created).

also the area is important in game threads for example you get more coins and also uploading games gets coins

The prerequisite, however, is that you get ownership; for example, I uploaded a lot of games with translations here, but the uploader getted the ownership not me, which meant I get not the coins... therefore its important that you get the ownership if you upload anything
