i'm to assume i'm the only one receiving these future newspapers and no one else?

Practical minded hero. Go for the big but achievable goals without too much personal risk. Amass wealth to achieve more. Indulge myself along the way.

Moral Personality Test

Hypothetical: Everyday a newspaper (for the young, this was like a newsfeed that showed up on your doorstep telling you what was going on in the world before the internet) arrives in your mailbox but it tells tomorrows news. All the normal stuff like crime stories, media news, financial news etc. Everything it reports will 100% come to pass unless you directly intervene or influence significantly (no butterfly effect BS).

How do you use this information? Do you become a hero and save the busload of kids from driving off a bridge? Do you win all the lotteries or otherwise manipulate to get filthy rich? Do you go vigilante and use it to punish people you feel deserve it?

So basically; good, bad, greedy, or a little bit of everything?
why not both?

Simple answer: Between hero and villain...
Long answer: Mostly if you go full hero it would be more for "justice" and I'm not like all on that but I wish is more flexibility in your character to choose between hero-villain....most of the games are limited in your choices...so I'm not fan of black and white....but the gray third option.

I would be the hero

I'd try to be the hero, until I'd probably end up being a villain.

Definitely win lotteries, sports bets, etc. But use for good when I can.

I would likely throw the paper in recycling without looking at the date.

The first choice is the hero. Unless there's no other choice, then a villain.

As Peter Quill once said: "Something good? Something bad? A bit of both?"
