For now, mime and apollo have full control over LC and will be handling site decisions going forward. I’m stepping back from making site changes for now and letting them decide how to move LC forward. - Jack Of Blades

Hello,i'm pretty new to this lewd games stuff, so i want to ask for some advise and help with checking files for viruses. Or mayde some resourses that have overall knowlegde on security? So far i haven't found anything comprehencive, what can you recomend? Even just something easy like utility that checks the file, or the site, cause lot of the sites use pretty shady file relays and i feel uneasy everytime

  1. Apply common sense. That's the most important thing both offline and online.
  2. If you're on Windows, you already have a decent Anti-Virus active, Windows Defender.
  3. When in doubt, upload any download to . There it'll get checked by some 30 AV products. If more than 2 are red, stay away.
  4. Read the threads of a game. If people complain about viruses, stay away. If there's a decent player base you can assume it to be safe.

If you wanna be extra safe use a sandbox or virtual machine

malwarebytes and windows antivirus is all you need.
