So I've already installed plenty of games. But I'm confused with this one. The .apk is a folder instead of of an executable. And I'm not sure what to do.

From what I see, your game has the right file extension (apk). Maybe the problem is your file explorer : some of them "open" apk files as default action instead of installing them. I would try using another one. I currently use Solid Explorer and I'm happy with it
