I thought it was, but then an update came came out a few months back.

I didn't get into that game immediately, but it really grew on me....so fingers crossed!

I've restarted Free Cities a bunch, usually to try making money only using one type of income. Other than that I can't think of a non rogue like game that I've restarted other than for broken saves.
