More than a year without updates... why "Abandoned" tag is not placed yet?

I haven't played it in awhile, but I think it's completed. It have the completed tag an update or 2 ago.
I think its only tweaks and additional side stories now.
Have you played the latest update fully? You're be able to tell me of thats correct if you have.
