I haven't played it in awhile, but I think it's completed. It have the completed tag an update or 2 ago.
I think its only tweaks and additional side stories now.
Have you played the latest update fully? You're be able to tell me of thats correct if you have.

Because the Dev has been keeping people informed about where things are - just not here. Check out on of the other places that has VNs, or his patreon, or whatever he uses.
