I am getting very less activity score when I am near 500 , currently at 450. Was getting around 10 per replies but now maybe 3 or 4. Is this normal
Thank you for clarifying that, I didn't understand what activity coins meant. So activity coins is the same as activity score?I am getting very less activity score when I am near 500 , currently at 450. Was getting around 10 per replies but now maybe 3 or 4. Is this normal
Activity score is a vague and honestly hard to tell exactly what does what, so that's understandable to think this. As you noticed it includes Posts, Reading, and Trust. You also get some for leaving a like and liking others. I'm not sure since I don't have a log to view or test this, but if a source is gained you seem to not gain the bigger source, if the bigger source of score is within the 1-3 minute time window. I think it's offically meant to be 1.5 minutes time window.I am getting very less activity score when I am near 500 , currently at 450. Was getting around 10 per replies but now maybe 3 or 4. This is my impression as well.Honestly, it seems like if you just actually engage and don't try to farm it, then it'll go easier. I'm pretty close, and I don't feel like I'm trying hard. Read some threads, actually go through the pages, like comments you agree with or make you laugh, reply now and then. Then again, I'm new, so take it with a grain of salt.

I'll be real, if your not actively farming them it will take you months to likely get what you need. Now I did just a bit lucky and didn't actually need to do much farming since I know people that moved to this site recently, and thus could just talk to them and get a lot of likes and so on.This is my impression as well.
There's always the chance I see it that way because I'm not part of the "instant gratification" crowd and I'm not actively farming points either![]()
I've seriously just been casually responding to posts and reading a few, and I have a high enough activity score. *Shrugs* Don't know what to tell you. I've def not spent 10 hours on this. Maybe three.I'll be real, if your not actively farming them it will take you months to likely get what you need. But for a typical user this is going to be at least 10 hours of active work, maybe 20, just to get that activity score high enough.
And like everyone will tell you here, it's not worth it. The member+ section is largely just things you can find on other sites with far less effort.
Now that I look at it, it was likely the thread you started that got you over so fast.I've seriously just been casually responding to posts and reading a few, and I have a high enough activity score. *Shrugs* Don't know what to tell you. I've def not spent 10 hours on this. Maybe three.
It pushed me over the last like 20 points, but I was already at like 475 activity by then. All I did was respond to a few threads every day for like 5 days, read a few, and like stuff. It did help, so like, making a real thread seems to be a good way to go about it.Now that I look at it, it was likely the thread you started that got you over so fast.
Yeah, I've been really trying to push myself out of my comfort zone and be way more social than my default since I joined. Which I suppose is pretty appropriate for this website! For a lurker like me, "not chasing it" is not possible, because I don't usually just reply in random threads without a reason
So if I would just do what I usually do, I would never meet the criteria ever
Very relatable. For a lurker like me, "not chasing it" is not possible, because I don't usually just reply in random threads without a reason
