Took me like 3–4 hours for M+ and around 24h for P1 — honestly, just chatting, joking around, and being active makes it pretty chill to get there.

Depents how willing you are to "work" for it. It can still take only one day or a week, it depents on you.
And don't bother with making threads, they only give 3 more coins than a post and they might get deleted for spam or farming.
