I am mostly thinking of ones where there is no penetration, as I think that makes no sense because of the size difference, but if you people only have with penetration it's ok as well

Long Live the Princess has one, though there is penetration when the protagonist gets temporarily shrunk to her size (you can refuse her, amusingly, and it really pisses her off because she's a straight member of a four inch high female-only race and that brief time where you're her size is like the only chance she's ever had).

I actually prefer lots of different foreplay than penetration in those kind of games...

Too bad the animations are so janky. The story seems pretty good so far.
