You could try the RPGM games. Although not all of them come with management systems, several of them have fighting systems and missions. The typical RPG. It feels much more like a game than novels. I leave you a link to the search engine with complete RPGMs ordered by rating.

I have no idea if it can be found but heard about a Side Scroller called 'Custers Revenge' a LONG time ago. Think it was even 8-bit graphics. No management that I know of, but it's a game.

MIST is a technically a VN, but it has combat and some light survival (you need to grow food). Knightly Passions is a VN with combat and light RPG mechanics.

Adventures of Willy D, EON - Point and click, really good renders, a lot of incest despite it not being the main focus, variety in women.

Porn Empire - Management game, fun to play if you are into Football Manager or those types, plenty of variety in women and scenes you can do. A lot of customizability

Some Modeling Agency - Light management, women come to you and you rate them, then the game uses those ratings to shape the women that come to your liking......doesn't always work as intended. There are mods to turn it more into a fuck game. Getting pussy even from the ugly girls is hard (like in real life, amirite?), so it actually has some sense of accomplishment.

The game is in first person mode, you thrust manually, you control your dick manually, your hands etc. Keep in mind that the dev likes to tinker with the game in weird ways each update.
