Third Crisis and then the sequel Neon Nights on steam. Tactical combat system, heavily branching multiple ending based on how you playthrough the open world, many various options to corrupt the protag Jenna, lots of outfits and different sex scenes

I dont know what you prefer. There are a ton of games fitting your description, but here are some i enjoyed playing.

Darkest Dungeon has a mod called lustiest lair which completely changes the game and makes it fully an adult game. and it's already a popular non-adult game so you know its good.

Degrees of Ludity is a text based game where you can do anythign.

If you're somewhat open-minded, I recommend Yarimon Master: Using Cheats to Fuck 'em All. It's a game with Pokémon mechanics, but if you win, the girls have to sleep with you. Honestly, I'd play it even without the sexual content. The battles are good, the story is quite decent and deeper than usual, and it even has a Pokédex for each creature and even the women. Plus, themes like NTR, scat, and similar content are separate from the main game and only accessible in a secret room.

On the other hand, we have Let's Go! My Harem Farm. It has great artwork and a livestock and farming system that, while not revolutionary, doesn't feel clunky or slow like in other games.
