Interesting, first time I heard about this game. I would put it on my list.

Haley's Story is definitely one of the best written (romantic) stories about incest between the siblings in this sort of games. For me it's a kind of Romeo and Juliette in an incest version.
Very clever, alive and believable. If not for the rushed and trashed end, it would be a perfect story.

Did anyone mention Long Live the Princess? There is some mild stat scrounging in the game (with a new game + mechanic), but there are simple walkthroughs to get you most of the points (and scenes) in a single go. Bro-sis incest, and sis is definitely hesitant about it...at first. Plenty of other cute LIs too.

*edit* not a lot of dirt talk, but scenes are repeatable, and just wait until you meet Belle the fairy. Talk about a dirty mind...

I don't know if this game meets my requirements, but I will definitely check it out

Are there any out there? There are tons of 3DCG games, many manga-style games, and a few, like Summertime Saga, that use a Disney-esque American style. But I can't think of any games that look similar to the comics I grew up reading.

It can be several different things, from very cartoony, via "ligne claire" which has cartoonish characters but more realistic backgrounds, to the almost painterly style of classic erotic comics like Druuna or the works of Milo Manara. Anything that gives me some proper Old World vibes is welcome!
