See if Vae Victis - Khan: Conquer, Ravish, Breed will appeal to you. As far as I know it has a lot of content, but it contains a bit of strategy I personally didn't mind because it was quite well done.

Has anything changed since I last played it, cause I wonder if the difficulty level has increased. Honestly, I haven't played it for 7-8 months waiting for more content.

I recommend Desert stalker.
Update doesn't come that much but the game right now has a lot of contents. It's also a fuck what you see game but it is somewhat story-rich. DAZ rendered and has animations.

I played Desert Stalker but stopped at 0.13b, so it's been a while. I don't know if it's better to wait a bit longer or if a lot of content has arrived though?

RN it's 0.16b and I don't know what ends on 0.13 updates. What I know is that there's many renders and storyline added just from the "0.16" updates.
I think you'll need a whole day now just to finish the game.
