Lesson in Love was the closest that I could think of and that shit caught me wayyyy off guard but in a good way. I like the way it does its horror and it made me more engrossed in the story in spite of its mid gameplay. But the game itself is fairly grindy.

Fake Father - You take the identity of a family man with a wife and three daughters and they dont know you're not their real dad

Fake father is good example but feeling of NTR kind of dissapears and feel like more incest if played with long pause in btween chapters

I remember the game Lisa Total Investigation has a bit of petplay, but just a heads up it also has NTR
