Actually the NTR is a joke that only happens if you choose it to happen in certain situations.

You can disable it in-game as well if it bothers anyone playing.

Most of the NTR is the optional side episodes.

There is another game that I can't remember the name of as well, were your a beta who gets a new life as a giga-chad by female elf's in a mythical pond.

It comes with drawbacks though as you have to cum multiple times a day or die.

The NTR is in the bad ends. Basically your grandpa shows up planning to make your mom and sisters his, and the goal is to stop him from doing so (and of course make them yours).

It's trivially easy to never run into a single scene where the grandpa wins, but that's enough for some people to pitch a fit over.
