VNDB has a bunch of Japanese VNs that feature it to varying degrees, but when it comes to western games, I can't think of much. Cure my Addiction has a hint of it with the Asian looking girl, but I could never bring myself to keep playing the later chapters, so I am not sure if that goes further or not. It's really all about spanking first and foremost.

Soo... there is a game with a sizeable degree of petplay related content. You have a variety of casually collared, completely mind broken, highly dominated pets BUT its real focus is not everyone's taste. It is called ATM Adventures and like the title says, it features a lot of Ass to Mouth and with that a lot of filthy kinks (Scat - and I mean Hardcore Scat; as well as Urination of course) - so be warned.
