This is gonna sound insane, I've never actually read the entire story of it but I've heard the story of Euphoria is really good if you can get past all of the less pleasant stuff

As a person who has completely finished Euphoria, I can confirm that it is very well written. Each arch additionally reveals and complements the story and personages. And when you play through it again, you realize that some dialogues are actually deeper than they seem at first and have hints.

I hate Being a DIK for different reasons (No Harem) but I'm pretty sure I played it with a mod, or did something change with the newer version? I dropped the game at 0.6 or 0.7 because I felt like it hated me, having such a good cast but going to extreme lengths to limit your choices hence why I had the Harem mod that helped you play on all paths. And I hate that Dr Pincake's defender uses the realism excuse to defend it.
I'm also sure that Summer Scent has a mod that helps you see and modify stats and walkthroughs, I played the latest version with it.

I tend to avoid custom mods (like harem, patch, QoL). I know it blocked URM-?version around Book 2. Then I read the devs posts about mods. Fuck that. I'm out. They could have changed their mind the very next day. I wouldn't know. I never looked back.

University of Problems is good. You want one with way too much "hihihi" try The Way Love Goes. It also has too much blueballing and almost all (or all?) sex is pulling out. The constant "hihihi" is like they're retarded or something.

The Way Love Goes isn't even a game. You can put the thing on auto and leave the room. You would still get to the end.

Sweet Affection has some really rough looking character models, but even after all these years they are still rough. It would be nice if they looked better. I think that game probably has 30000 renders tho, so its never happening.
