Have you ever thought about playing a series from the start?
I personally like the fallout series and have played it a few times. Fallout 1, 2, tactics, 3, new vegas and 4, that's a few months of entertainment, or more if you like finding and reading the lore along the way.

I'll answer even if I'm creating a game with those exact tags. But I'd choose loli, slow corruption, realistic characters and sandbox, because I like having a choice in which character to romance or not. Sometimes there's a character I absolutely dislike, so I'd drop a game if I was forced to follow their route.
