Have you actually played this game?
It isn't mindless jerkfest like most of other games, a plus in my book.
It has good story, character depth, character development, good gameplay, very very high quality renders.
I often get surprised by overall quality of the game, does not give a vibe of a porn game at all.
I can't think of any other game that is anywhere near this one.

Other than that, I've been quite hooked on “All the neighborhood wives“, still in early development but good hand drawing style.

In general I would say Harem Hotel, not because of the sex but the story-telling is very good. It's more like reading a novel. But there are some games in the members+ that had potential as they were easier accessible, so I try to get there to see the progress...
