The Awakening has a fairy in it - not sure how much sex you get to have with her.
Nephilim has a halfling-sized one, but there's not much content with her yet.

One other type I find a turn off is games where the dev obviously has no real life experience with women, like where they are all shown climaxing with crossed eyes, tongue sticking out to the side, and simultaneously squirting piss.
