I concur with the Female Protagonist tag. One that comes to mind is Mad Turn - the female protagonist gets DP'd quite a bit.

Another thought is if there is a harem tag it probably means no DP.

The market for a game that wont be on steam or epic games is not huge. Plus for the kind of game you want you need to spend 20 million for a 3D open world game before you even started paying animators to make the sex stuff. Realistically you're looking to spend 50-100 million up front and how many people are going to pay 60$+ for a porn game. liesure suit Larry Magna Cum laude is going to be one of the closest to that idea besides Bonetown which was mentioned earlier and is exactly what you are describing. Financially it didn't do well and was never really popular.
