Lab Rats is another decent game that has mind control (all be it through the use of potions).

Also worth checking out is Superpowered, the game is a bit of a mess, with a lot of unfinished areas (and I think is abandonded?). However, the mind control portion of the game was fairly fleshed out.

I would also add 'The Company' if you are good with HTML based games, its another 'potions' based game, but is still pretty good.

My Dorm - there will eventually be around 30 LIs from 18 to GILF (most 18-22) and you can probably get all but maybe two of them pregnant. Incest is canon but optional, and includes mom, sis, aunt, two cousins, and probably great aunt and grandmother (last one definitely can't get pregnant due to hysterectomy, the great aunt, not sure), and two mother/daughter duos not related to you (so far as we currently know).

Mostly virgins, since that's usually part of the pregnancy/incest kink, and wide variety of LIs (size, shape, nationality/race), etc. Mega-bush (aka, The Yeti) to smooth as a baby, and a hefty girl you can choose to get more fit or stay a bit more roly-poly. Updates about every two months and usually has a good hour to 90 minutes of new content (assuming you read) and at least two or three lewd scenes. Gotten to the point that there are multi-girl scenes as well, and the latest/next(?) release (I think I'm one behind) will likely start off with a mother, brother, sister scene.

A little bit active here; majorly active community elsewhere.

I'd not heard of this game, I'll put it on my list.

Is it fairly far along in development or still early?

I ask because it is easier to believe statements like 'will have 30 LI's' when they are working on Li 24, and harder if they are on LI 2...

It's already in "chapter 2" (for size reasons) and I've played through release 15 - I think 16 is already out. Putting the rest of this behind a spoiler tag.

Spoiler: As of where I am right now:

You have 13 active LIs - including mom, sis, aunt and two twin cousins - eleven of which you've already had the option to impregnate.

There are 9 additional LIs already in the VN, at least a couple of which probably get added into the harem in the release I haven't played. Two of these are your grandma and her sister, two are clones, four are summer students living in the dorm and one is your High School exGF's (with whom you've reunited) mom.

About the clones - don't ask, just read the OP on the game thread - but one looks like your sister the other like your twin cousins. The "alternate" version has no actual siblings, just clones and you aren't technically related to any of them (if I remember right).

There is a time-jump coming after all of the current group have entered the harem (I think all, maybe the granny or great aunt, who is a nun, will be hold outs for a while longer, as will, possibly, the two clones).

After the time-jump to the end of the summer (at the beginning of the summer term at the school presently), the next group of girls will move into the dorm and they will be on the list - most or all have already been teased by the Dev, at least on the other site. One is the cousin of your college GF, who is also now back in the picture as one of the summer school girls.

So, with what we already see in the VN, which is probably not quite to it's halfway point, we have 13 active, 9 waiting (22) and 6 or 8 others on the way (can't remember exactly how many). I seem to remember there will be 28 total, but not entirely certain, which is why I phrased it "upwards of 30").

Malignant
Really excellent, top tier writing, storyline, characters, animations, everything.
It's very dark, which i usually don't like, but the premise makes it work, and the banter between the demons (or whatever they are) at the end is a nice tension release from the previous scene.
My only complaint is that it's too short

Yeah, it does. I just wish the game was better written.
Long Live the Princess has the best fairy content I've found so far, but there wasn't a fleshlight scene at least in the version I played a couple years ago. Maybe there is now.
