Man bathesda really ruined the lore of fallout and that motherfucker tom howard released this show nuking shaddy sands only proves he hate this game since fallout new vegas-wich was written by obsedian- is more popular than fo 3 and 4, cunt wanted to overcomansate about the fact that his game starfield didnt game a single gameaward with some movie award

And lets not talk about the enclave wich is made as le evil generic badguys in fo 3, like for fucks sake even the mutants in fo1 had a deep meaning and you could sympathize with them, but in bathesda fo the enclave is just bad and you cant join them only some ending slideshow if you put the virus in the purifier, and until this day I still dont get what was the point of the institute from fo4

Have you played the preg mod of free cities? it is a html game but they have images of your slaves and they can change depend on the diet of the slave, the only problem is that even on the loli mode the body of the slave looks like a 10yo
Also desert stalker is a good game but Its more of a vn than a slave management game you only get 2 slaves with some scenes but still it have the best quality in graphics from any game I've played
