I personally find Grand Strategy games to be quite capitavating

Pretty much any of the Paradox lineup, Crusader Kings, Europa Universalis, Hearts of Iron

You may find them boring and obtuse at first, but keep at it and you might end up discovering an excellent captivating experience

I'll be honest, I gave games like that too much of a chance, I've played Civ 2 and I tried Crusader Kings, but I just can't, I feel as though I'm god a little too much if you catch what I mean. I want to do the cool stuff, but like as the person. Skyrim for example, but at this point something linear that's just new or done with the right intention is all I want. Helldivers to me is just a game of grind, which is for some, but it's not my type of grind. I want a good New Game+. Horizon Zero Dawn is a top 5 for me because of that replayability. not to mention if I could find a way to mod it...... I will not hide that I want that child like wonder with the first time with video games again. Red Dead Revolver will forever live on in my heart, but games and IRL shit just makes these other games just feel like not enough.

Sorry a bit ranty and I had to stop myself before I just kept going.

Black market. Played almost all the game of this genre and is currently waiting for more. I really like the different buildings provide unique H animation + the game is pretty easy. The story is okay though nothing stand out about it (except the 4th underground building I guess?)
