I can't name a specific game, but I've had several that were intolerable do the pronoun missaplication and a general lack of the English language. I am not a grammar police person but if I can't even understand what is being said...instantly delete

Can't remember because worst games aren't worth remembering. Probably the best worst game that I suffered through 80% of was Tangled Up. Loved the bro/sis incest, but the grind was a bitch. At least bro knocks up sis.

Odyssey of Gianna is a great one if you enjoy transformations. Some grind, maybe, but the sexy stuff is well-integrated into the combat, making it more fun.

Violated Heroine and Violated Princess count as RPGM games, technically. Probably not what you'd be looking for I suppose, as they are more action-y.

The Ship of Servitude is worth a try if you like mind control. Also not typical RPGM fare.

On topic, my top 5:

(2) Bones Tales: Amazing. It has a home setting which I really liked. I like everything about it, except the focus on bestiality, which is optional.

It was only one scene with a few variations iirc. "Focus" is a bit too much.

One of the very few porn RPGs I liked but the development cycle of this game became horrendous at some point and I stopped tracking it.

Two Weeks is always the first game that pops into my mind because it is a lot of pointless talking and teasing with only payout being one quick scene right at the end. That shit made me furious. Especially because this was back when I only played games with the completed tag and I essentially had just gotten baited.
