Tales From the Unending Void by Perverteer has a trans girl and a futa alien (it's a scifi game) that I believe both have the option to let the MC receive what they have to give.
Midlife Crisis is another game has a trans LI that the MC can receive from.

I think this is one of the best games to play as it seems to have a bit of everything in it and the story behind it is good too

1 that I played that I really liked was The Unbroken. Sisterly Lust is good too. Also Tales from the Unending Void is would I would recommend people to play too
