the description seems to match Rising Bliss, as already mentioned, which is a great game imo. Too bad that the ending was incredibly rushed, as the dev was apparently treated by some a**holes for some reason I am not aware of.

Have not heard of Rising Bliss. Would you recommend playing it

Will have to try Project Miriam. Downloaded it before but never gave it a try. Where the heart is also has a scene in it where the mc is with 3 women at once. If you decide to play that game, defo use the walkthrough
