Most of what I can find are disappointing.
I am looking for best in "visual quality" category and best in "story" category. If you have a suggestion that is good in both, it would be great!

Virt a Mate is pretty good but not much story in this type of game

Virtamate is the best sandbox one. You can download scenes that have a short story though.
Only other VR game I can think of that has some sort of story is VR Kanojo.

I didn't mention it in the OP, but if you are into dark (real dark) games than Malignant deserves a mention also!

Malignant was insanely dark

Skyrim and Fallout 4 are both favorites of mine. Love how moddable they are.

Modded Skyrim is still one of the most depraved games I have played. Few on this site can top it. What mods, you ask? Fuck if I remember. I had one for this sex dungeon where you just murdered naked women, over and over. That shit was ruthless.
