When you are looking for a new game to play, do you prefer a original story with characters that you don't know or a Parody of Game/Anime/Serie.

I find original stories more interesting.

The original story is a preference for me BUT many I see are just the same recycled plot told through a different lens. At least with parody you come to expect the a deviation from the norm in some kind of way

power vacuum is on my list of games to play, it looks really good

Do it. Extremely well written game, not to mention really funny, like, laugh out aloud, snorting beer on your screen funny, especially in the early chapters.

Best of all, you can do it for dynasties... granted they will become horribly inbred.. but you know.... Some might find a Habsburg jaw an attractive feature....

I'd choose an original mostly, unless it's a parody of something I'd like enough
