To me, a game having any of these mechanics is always a plus:
1. Battle fuck if the game has turn based combat.
2. Ability to change/remove pieces of clothing, and NPCs react to what you're wearing.
3. NTR game where you can always see a sprite of the LI and what she is currently doing, but you can't know the context

As to many are left unfinished, abandoned, or gets reworked a few times it never finishes.

I must have missed something in Neko Paradise, then. It's been over a year since I played it, though, so maybe I didn't get far enough in or missed an update or two.

I don't know about classic, but New Antioch has a lot of potential. I don't think it's on this site but it's currently at 0.3 and edging towards an update. I would keep my eye out for it if you're into games like Desert Stalker.

Does anyone know of any more games when a love interest initiates something with you/the MC while you are asleep? Maybe you wake up with her already on top of you? Maybe she barges in your room and/or climbs on top of you because she can no longer restrain herself? Maybe they just discreetly have a lot of fun with you and you don't even really wake up from it? Maybe you were in bed next to each other just trying to sleep and she started grinding against you or something? There is just no separate tag to try to find it from the receiving point of view, which is very frustrating. And it usually comes up as maybe one passing scene, whereas the giving point of view is often a repeatable main feature (that imbalance is present in examples above). If the receiving point of view finally had a separate tag, what would you call it?

(It would be extra awesome if you wake up and she has you pinned down somehow, but I've yet to find an example of that kind of scene)
