No it was a 3DCg Game.
It’s been annoying me for days now. I’m SURE it’s set in a school/college/uni setting and a girl student is murdered/killed.
I’m racking my brain for other details but it’s like a brain work has taken all info about it away from me

Maybe Summer's Gone? It's not new, and last I heard there's not much sexual content, but it's all I can think of from your description.

I would highly recommend Being a DIK as the story is well written and sex scenes are awesome too. Also dev's previous work was amazing, I would check out Acting lessons too. It was one of the first games that made me question if it indeed was a porn game coz it was so well written.

I like Harem hotel even though I am not the biggest fan to sandbox games. But it has a great story and characters you fall in love with

Exactly, not something you get usually with a run of the mill sandbox game. This one has some depth to it

That is a very unique and enjoyable game, the only problem with the game is its long update times. I need to replay the game from the start for each update (not that I am complaining)

I think there's only one update left and it's one guy basically doing it as a passion project so I guess I'll allow it! We may never see its like again though

I didn't know that, I will definitely play it when it comes out. I don't think we will see such unique models again. That was one of the reasons why I played it in the first place and then the story hooked me.

with the WT-Mod by Lain or Shawnchapp even sanbox-games can be enjoyable. btw every game is better with Shawn's Mod
