PS: Effective Score means Total Activity Score. As far as I know, contrary to LewdCoins, you don't immediately earn activity points when posting/reading/reacting, it takes some time (in my experience even days) so it can show up in your account.

Hoping to get some help identifying a game, but best i can do is describe the standout scene i remember from it

a young man has just brought his "landlady" home from a date, i think she is wearing a short dress with windows up her side, they are standing at the front door and the guy goes inside first, after he is gone the woman thinks for a moment, then takes off her panties and follows him inside, they go to watch tv together and she lies on the couch in a way that forces him to sit by her ass and feet, giving him a clear view up her ridden up dress.
